Description
The San Jacinto High School Modernization Project involves the modernization of existing buildings and the construction of new buildings. The project includes three phases: site work, utilities, and enabling improvements; building modernization; and portable removal and final site improvements. The project requires the contractor to perform various tasks, including demolition, excavation, concrete work, masonry, and installation of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The contractor must also ensure that the work is done in accordance with the contract documents and applicable codes and regulations.
