Parking Lot Maintenance, Repairs, Construction and Demo Services

The City of Denton is seeking to contract with multiple providers to offer Parking Lot Maintenance, Repairs, Construction, and Demolition Services on an as-needed basis. The selected providers will have the ability to accomplish all aspects of the requested services, including asphalt milling, concrete demolition, paving, drainage work, surface protection, striping, and signage. The providers must hold a valid State of Texas contractor license and have at least five years of experience in providing similar services. • The City will evaluate the qualifications of the providers based on factors such as company experience, personnel experience, work history with local government, legal history, and reference checks. • The contract will be for an undefined scope of services, and the price will not be solicited. Instead, the City will select providers based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. • The providers will be required to perform all necessary actions as defined by each awarded Task Order, and the City will provide a primary point of contact to coordinate Cost Requests, Task Orders, site access, and other necessary actions. • The providers must comply with all Federal, State, County, and City laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
