Description
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Research and Development (R&D), Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for a one-year base period to include one option year with Harvard Medical School for Research and Development Subject Matter Expert Services. The services are required to support the VA-funded research study "Assessing Quality of VA and Community Care in the MISSION Era."
The key requirements of the job include:
• Providing specialized services for subject matter experts to adapt/translate a set of claims-based measures developed by Harvard for use in Medicare data to VA data.
• Supporting the existing VA-funded research study with the sole known developers and providers of the claims-based measure algorithms required for this study.
• Meeting the requirements specified in the notice of intent, which may include providing an equivalent service with the features described above.
