Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

Based on typical municipal parking‑lot resurfacing costs in Arkansas (approximately $8–$12 per square foot) and assuming a lot size of roughly 50,000 sq ft, the contract value is likely between $400,000 and $600,000. Accounting for design, drainage upgrades, and contingency, a realistic estimate ranges from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
