Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide and install a utility bed with liftgate for a 2021 F250 HD 4x4 Extended Cab. The contractor must meet the technical specifications outlined in the solicitation, including the provision of a steel service body, bumper, lift gate, and other components. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on factors such as technical factors, past performance, and price.
• The contract is a total small business set-aside.
• The small business size standard is 1,000 employees.

• The contractor must provide a warranty for the product, with a minimum of 3 years for the powder coat paint and 6 years for structural failure, product workmanship, and key cylinders.
• The contractor must also provide a handheld remote for liftgate control and a minimum of 2,000 continuous output wattage for the industrial power inverter.
