Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Tableau software. The contract period is from 05/06/2026 to 05/05/2027. The bidder must provide electronic delivery of the software and meet the minimum performance requirements of the County. The bidder must also provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bidder must provide a completed request for bid (RFB) form, appendix A package, exhibition 6, and letter(s) of authorization.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with the County of Los Angeles listed as the certificate holder.
• The bidder must provide a quotation for the Tableau software renewal.
• The bidder must meet the operating requirements of the using department.
• The bidder must provide electronic delivery of the software.
• The bidder must provide a brand-only solution.
