Overview of Fielding Agile Supplies, Support and Training Enhancing Readiness (FASSTER)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal is proposing to solicit and award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract for the Fielding Agile Supplies, Support and Training Enhancing Readiness (FASSTER) requirement. The contract is intended to provide supplies and support for vehicle systems and ancillary vehicle support systems. The scope of the contract includes Class II items and additional program offices. The contract will be used to acquire hardware for vehicle systems, including electronic and electrical components, training and test equipment, and other related items. Some of the potential requirements include: • Video Adapter Kit • Mobile Camouflage System of Systems • Reactive Armor Tile (RAT) • EagleFang (EF) Z • Commander's Display Panel (CDP) • Redesigned Turret Network Box (RTNB) • Optics • Parachutes • Containers • Petroleum Systems • Water Systems • Weapons • Chemical/Biological Defense The contract is expected to have a minimum guaranteed quantity for all awardees and a maximum ceiling for the overall IDIQ. The FASSTER evaluation criteria is still being developed and will be made available to industry via communication posted to SAM.gov.
