Ft. Lee Obstacle Course Construction

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is planning to construct a Confidence Obstacle Course (CFOC) at Fort Lee, Virginia, consisting of 24 obstacle stations, a 10‑ft maneuver trail, a sheltered bleacher area, and a half‑acre Tactical Assembly Area with lightning protection and drainage improvements. The facility must meet DoD Unified Facilities Criteria for a 40‑year design life, emphasizing energy efficiency and durability. Contractors will be required to provide design, site preparation, grading, installation of obstacles, bleacher construction, signage, and lightning protection systems.
