The Maryland Department of Health is requesting bids from Master Contractors for the purchase of a 1-year subscription of Erwin licensing and Consulting Services. The scope of work includes the purchase of Elastic Consumption Unit - Prepaid Annual and Consulting Services: Flex Consulting. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with the option to renew. The department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. The successful bidder will be required to provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP and ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. • The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012), 060B2490021. • The contract is for a 1-year period, with the option to renew. • The department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity. • The successful bidder will be required to provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The successful bidder will be required to ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
