Description

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking information on how interested contractors can provide seat licenses for 29 core and elective courses in science, mathematics, social studies, and world languages. The courses should be aligned to national standards and include comprehensive online content, teacher resources, and formative and summative assessments. The contractor should also provide virtual professional learning for instructors and ensure that the courses can operate within DoWEA's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The period of performance is anticipated to be from March 1, 2027, to February 29, 2032. • The contractor should provide courses that are student-centered and allow for differentiation. • The courses should include opportunities for instructor-student, student-student, and student-content interaction. • The contractor should ensure that the courses meet the requirements for accessibility and security. • The contractor should provide a non-binding price estimate for the proposed courses.

Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate as the document does not provide a clear indication of the budget. However, based on the scope of work and the number of courses involved, it is possible that the budget could be in the range of $1 million to $5 million. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will be providing a comprehensive suite of courses and resources, including virtual professional learning and technical support, over a period of five years. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific requirements of DoWEA and the proposals submitted by contractors.
