BOX LICENSES - NEW (BRAND ONLY)

The County of Los Angeles is soliciting bids for Box licenses. The licenses are for a 12-month period, and the vendor must provide electronic delivery. A certificate of insurance with $2 million in privacy/network security (cyber) liability coverage must be provided. The vendor must also comply with the County's Lobbyist Ordinance and other applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The licenses are for new subscriptions, and the vendor must provide a written copy of the additional insured endorsement. • The vendor must submit their bid through the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal. • The County reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contract at any time. • The vendor must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to conflict of interest, gratuities, and non-discrimination.
