REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Advanced Automation Contract (AAC)

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is conducting market research to identify innovative management frameworks, business models, and responsible sources capable of orchestrating a dynamic Advanced Automation portfolio. The Government's requirement involves a rapidly evolving suite of software tools, platform licenses, and specialized labor pools. The PMO is seeking industry input on how to best structure and manage this environment. The key services required include portfolio and vendor brokering, orchestration of systems integration, COTS/GOTS software utilization, facilitation of advanced technology development, cloud-based solutions, task and resource orchestration, and centralized security administration. • The industry partner must be capable of competitively procuring commercial partners to provide the required services. • The partner must be able to rapidly execute subcontracts, run micro-competitions, and scale labor. • The partner must be able to oversee the continuous market research, procurement, and centralized management of COTS and GOTS software and platform licenses. • The partner must be able to provide the programmatic framework to resource and oversee external mission partners developing bespoke custom software. • The partner must be able to ensure that all managed performers and acquired solutions adhere to and support a multi-classification cloud-based solution architecture.
