Description
The State of Alaska, Department of Law is seeking proposals from experienced and well-qualified law firms to provide bond and disclosure counsel services, and to advise the State Bond Committee. The selected firm will be responsible for providing legal services related to bond issuances, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and bond anticipation notes. The firm will also provide enacting and closing documents for various bond issuances. The contract is expected to be awarded on November 15, 2025.
