The U.S. Government Publishing Office, on behalf of the Department of the Army, is seeking qualified printers to produce three separate jackets of “blank inventory” cards (GO 3S, GO 4S, GO 2S). The work requires offset‑type printing with raised thermographic flag logos in PMS 185 Red and PMS 871 Gold, laser‑safe inks, and specific paper (JCP L21, 130 lb). Total production volume is 106 000 two‑page cards, packaged in shrink‑wrapped units of 250, eight units per carton, and shipped separately for each jacket to St. Louis, MO, with a final delivery deadline of 22 June 2026.
