Description
The County is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing synthetic turf at Harbins Park’s multipurpose field. The scope includes demolition and removal of the old turf, disposal of existing infill, and installation of new synthetic turf, infill, and a football/soccer goal system, while maintaining open trails and sidewalks throughout construction. Bidders must submit sealed bids, a 5% bid bond, and be prepared to provide full performance and payment bonds upon award. Plans are available for on‑site review and can be obtained free of charge from the designated plan holder.
