Hardware and Abrasive Supplies

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the provision of hardware and abrasive supplies. The contract will require the supplier to maintain an over-the-counter/pick-up service facility within a 25-mile radius of City Hall. The supplier must also provide next-day delivery on request. The bid includes five items: Stanley Commercial Hardware, Norton Abrasives, Dixie Diamond, Campbell Load Chain, and Boxer Tools. The estimated expenditure for each item is $12,000, $7,000, $30,000, $20,000, and $500, respectively. • The supplier must provide the name of the manufacturer price list they are quoting from, along with the effective date of the price list. • The supplier must state the discount being offered in the Discount % field. • The supplier must confirm that they have their own delivery vehicle and are able to provide next-day delivery on request. • The supplier must provide customer references as required. • The supplier must review the Seller Checklist to ensure compliance with all requirements of the bid.
