Community Development Demolitions - 5 Locations

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of 5 structures. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing the structures, removing debris, and disposing of asbestos-containing materials. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. The contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits and approvals, including a land disturbance permit and a demolition permit. The contractor will also be required to provide a copy of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Notification of Demolition and Renovation form submitted to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. • Demolition of 5 structures • Removal of debris • Disposal of asbestos-containing materials • Compliance with NESHAP and OSHA standards • Obtaining necessary permits and approvals • Providing notification forms to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources
