Description
The Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for Grading Complete on a Native American Park on Rock House Road. The project includes grading, drainage, erosion control, and all items necessary to complete the project. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days from the day the Notice to Proceed is issued.

• Grading Complete, including Clearing, Drainage, and all items outlined in the plans
• Compliance with the 2021 State of Georgia Standard Specifications
• Compliance with the plans for this project by Davis Engineering Services
