Environmental Compliance and Design Services for Park Development

Montgomery County, Ohio is seeking a qualified environmental consulting firm to provide NEPA (Categorical Exclusion) and Section 6(f) compliance, a waters investigation, and optional cultural‑resource surveys for the Fairgrounds park expansion. The consultant will prepare required documentation, coordinate with federal and state agencies, and deliver draft and final reports within the stipulated schedule. • Prepare Categorical Exclusion (CE) and Compliance & Stewardship (C&S) forms for two parcels totaling ~101 acres. • Conduct a Waters Investigation for Parcel 2, including site visit, GIS mapping, and permit‑ready delineation reports for USACE/Ohio EPA. • Perform optional Phase I cultural‑resource surveys if triggered by SHPO coordination. • Deliver draft and final reports, GIS files, and all supporting documentation. • Project timeline targets 180 days for NEPA deliverables; overall schedule to be proposed by the respondent.
