Description
The City of Flint is seeking a vendor to provide and install circular clarifier equipment for its water purification plant (WPC). This scope includes supplying the clarifier units, all associated mechanical and electrical components, and completing full installation and commissioning to meet the city’s water quality standards. The successful contractor will be responsible for engineering review, procurement, delivery, on‑site installation, testing, and training of municipal staff.
• Supply of circular clarifier units built to specified dimensions and performance criteria.
• Full installation including foundations, piping, instrumentation, electrical wiring, and integration with existing plant controls.
• Commissioning, performance verification, and training of City of Flint operations personnel.
