Systemic Traffic Signals Improvements Project

The City of Hayward is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide comprehensive traffic‑signal design and project‑management services for safety upgrades at 27 signalized intersections. The work includes data collection, environmental documentation, staged design (30 %‑60 %‑90 %‑100 % PS&E), construction‑phase support, and record‑drawing production, all funded by a federal Highway Safety Improvement Program grant.
