The State of Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing carpet‑tile flooring, dispose of waste, and install new commercial‑grade low‑nap nylon carpet‑tile in two park facilities – Wild Turkey Lodge and the Vacation‑In‑Cabin (VIC) – at Lake Fort Smith State Park, Mountainburg, AR. The work includes substrate preparation, baseboard repair, door adjustments, furniture relocation, safety barrier erection, and a 10 % material over‑order for future use. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced responsive and responsible bidder, with a performance bond required if the contract exceeds $50,000. Completion is required within 60 days of award, and the State may return any product within 30 days of delivery.
