HONOR MONUMENT

The City of Cleburne is soliciting sealed proposals for the construction of the HONOR MONUMENT project. The project includes the installation of lighting, electrical, and other site work. The contractor will be responsible for completing the project by August 31, 2026, with an incentive of $200,000 for early completion. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Key features of the project include: * Installation of lighting and electrical systems * Site work, including grading and paving * Construction of a monument and associated landscaping * Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations The City of Cleburne reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
