This solicitation seeks a single vendor to design, fabricate, and fully install an exterior historic display and accompanying solid‑bronze plaque commemorating the centennial of the 1927 Bristol Sessions at the I‑81 Bristol Welcome Center. The work includes removal of existing signage, site preparation, provision of all materials, equipment rental, final protective coating, cleanup, and photographic documentation. Bidders must submit design sketches and a sample of prior outdoor installations, along with required insurance and state registration documentation. The contract will be awarded to one vendor covering all nine line‑item categories.
• Design and concept plan for a historic outdoor installation and bronze plaque (≤ 18 in × 12 in).
• Full installation services: site prep, labor, materials, equipment rental, final coating, cleanup, and photo documentation.
• Mandatory deliverables: installation sketch, PDF sample of previous outdoor work, Certificate of Insurance, and Department of Revenue registration/exemption.
