Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (National Cemetery Administration) is seeking a qualified vendor to manufacture, package, and distribute flat bronze cemetery markers (including standard, Medal of Honor, and “old‑style” variants) on an indefinite‑quantity, multi‑year basis. The contractor must meet strict material composition, finish, embossing, and labeling requirements, provide four threaded brass rods and associated hardware with each marker, and maintain rigorous quality‑assurance documentation. Delivery is FOB destination worldwide, with a standard 20‑day turnaround (10‑day “special” for accelerated orders) and less than 1 % overseas shipments. The contract includes mandatory weekly delivery reports, on‑site QA inspections, and handling of returns, scrapped items, and emblem updates. Samples of each marker type must be submitted for approval prior to award.
