Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on the extensive list of line‑items (mobilization, earthwork, erosion control structures, revegetation, pipe installation, etc.) and typical unit costs for similar mine‑site rehabilitation projects in West Virginia, a reasonable estimate would fall between $500,000 and $1,500,000. Larger budgets would be driven by higher quantities of excavation, pipe length, and specialized structures; lower budgets would reflect minimal material usage and efficient execution.
