The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide APC-Electric Battery Replacement services. The vendor must provide cost for installation and configuration unless otherwise directed. The vendor must also submit literature on products offered at the City's request. The City requires a five-year minimum warranty period for servers and IT appliances, four years for PCs and laptops, and three years for tablets.
