R006028 IFB - UPS Maintenance Contract

The California State Lottery is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, inspection, technical support, and battery replacement services for its Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units across more than a dozen statewide locations. The contractor must manage removal and recycling of used batteries, install OEM‑specified batteries, perform scheduled preventive‑maintenance visits, respond to emergency calls, and replace any defective components, delivering an all‑inclusive price for labor, materials, travel, insurance, and taxes.
