This IFB seeks a qualified C‑10 licensed electrical contractor to provide comprehensive routine and non‑routine electrical maintenance, repair, and retrofit services for Caltrans facilities in Shasta County. The work includes annual inspections of distribution panels and transfer switches, emergency response within two hours, parts procurement (capped at 10 % of subtotal), and compliance with state safety, environmental, and prevailing‑wage regulations. The contract is a three‑year, fixed‑price agreement with a maximum ceiling of $484,000.
• Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on 18 panels and 2 transfer switches.
