Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is seeking quotations for the purchase of three new Tandem Beds and one new Swing Gate Tandem Bed. The beds must meet specific requirements, including a minimum dump body capacity of 14 cu. yd. water level, a front body bulkhead of at least 3/16” thickness, and a rear corner post that is full depth. The beds must also have a smooth side design, with an outer wall of inter-locking 6061 T6 vertical extruded design, and a top rail that is at least 8.500-inch-wide x 4.725 deep. The vendor must provide detailed specification sheets, estimated delivery timeframe, warranty documentation, and signed agency terms and conditions.
• The purchase is for a one-time buy, with a delivery timeframe of 120 working days after receiving a purchase order.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
• The vendor must deliver the contract items F.O.B. destination to the agency’s location.
• The agency reserves the right to cancel the contract if the vendor fails to provide the contract items in accordance with the requirements.
