Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed HVAC installers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Cherokee County. The work includes repairs such as HVAC and must be completed according to the work write-up. The job must be completed within 3 working days, and work should begin within two weeks of notification. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification with the bid.
• The bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The bidder must have all fees and paperwork submitted to TERO for a contract/P.O. to be considered fully executed.
