The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide a turn‑key supply and installation of welded vinyl sheet flooring with flash cove base in the Fluoroscopy Room (Building 200, Room E0‑3) at the Northport VA Medical Center. The contractor must furnish all materials (Mannington BioSpec MD), perform sub‑floor preparation, install the flooring, and deliver a two‑year workmanship warranty and one‑year parts warranty. Work must be completed within a seven‑day period following the Notice‑to‑Proceed, during normal VA business hours, and must comply with VA security, safety, and subcontracting‑limitations requirements.
• Provide materials, labor, equipment, safety plans, and post‑installation cleanup.
• Must be a certified SDVOSB, licensed in NY, with ≥ 5 years experience installing welded‑sheet flooring in hospital radiology settings.
• Submit full SF‑1442 bid by 25 Sept 2026, attend the mandatory site visit on 14 Sept 2026, and comply with Buy‑American, subcontracting‑limits, and warranty provisions.
