Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) is seeking a contractor to provide roofing construction services at various locations at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) and Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan. The contract will be a single award, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The work includes repair and replacement of roof systems and related works such as coping, flashing, drain, gutter and downspout, foundation, and steel support for mechanical and electrical equipment and piping, painting, temporary works, sampling, and other miscellaneous works.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only factors.
• The estimated construction magnitude for the life of this contract is between JPY1,000,000,000 and JPY5,000,000,000.
• Individual task orders issued under this IDIQ are anticipated to range from JPY1,000,000 to JPY250,000,000.
• A two-day site visit to the seed project locations will be conducted on July 9-10, 2026.
