Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the duration of the project. Considering the renovation of 10,700 square feet of space, expansion of the emergency room, and the various trades involved (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.), the total cost of the project could range from $5 million to $15 million. This estimate takes into account the complexity of the project, the need for potential asbestos and/or lead abatement, and the requirement for construction site security. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the contractor's experience, the availability of materials and labor, and the level of competition for the project.
