The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá seeks a qualified architectural/engineering firm to design a complete modernization of its kitchen, cafeteria, and dining facilities. The scope includes a site assessment, demolition plans (if needed), detailed architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security drawings, specifications, elevations, a construction cost estimate, and a full set of construction documents (LOD 100‑350). The contractor must deliver phased submittals (35%, 60%, 100%) and coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) throughout design reviews, adhering to a firm‑fixed‑price contract. Performance must start within 10 days of award and be finished within 150 days.
