Description
The State of Maine is seeking a qualified firm to perform a risk‑focused financial examination of MMG Insurance Company in accordance with NAIC standards. The contractor will conduct the examination, produce monthly progress reports, a draft report, final work‑papers in TeamMate, and may be called upon to testify. The work period runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2028.
• Conduct a NAIC‑compliant risk‑focused examination of MMG Insurance Company.
• Deliver monthly progress reports, a draft report (15 days post‑fieldwork), and final electronic work‑papers (30 days post‑fieldwork).
• Provide testimony as requested and maintain all deliverables in the State’s property.
• Must staff the engagement with supervisory‑level personnel holding CFE or CPA credentials.
• All work must be performed using Wolters Kluwer TeamMate and submitted via the Maine Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal.
