The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research for a Six-Containers (SIXCON) Pump Module replacement. The legacy SIXCON system is used for fuel support across the Fleet Marine Forces and consists of a SIXCON Fuel Tank Module and SIXCON Fuel Pump Module. The replacement pump module should be capable of receiving and issuing bulk fuel, have a filtration rate that matches or exceeds the pumping flow rate, and be able to recirculate fuel from the SIXCON Fuel Tank Module. The system should also be user-friendly, have a reduced footprint, and be mountable on all four sides of the tank module.
• The replacement pump module must meet specific performance requirements, including a minimum pumping rate of 50 gallons per minute and the ability to filter contaminants and water from the fuel.
• The system should be capable of operating in various environmental conditions and have a maximum design weight of 178 lbs.
• The contract is expected to be a 5-year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with an estimated procurement of 627 systems.
• Interested vendors must submit their responses in Microsoft Word or PDF format via email by 17 December 2025, 10:00am Eastern Time Zone.
