Description
The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing bridge on Carlyss Drive. The project includes demolition of the old bridge, installation of a precast arch bridge, deep‑foundation work, roadway excavation, pavement reconstruction, guard‑rail installation, storm‑water management, and temporary traffic‑control measures. Bidders must submit an electronic bid through BidExpress, include a 5 % bid bond, and provide the required corporate resolution and licensing documentation. The contract will be a fixed‑price, unit‑price arrangement with retainage and a 120‑day schedule from Notice to Proceed.
