Provision of Painting and Drywall Services

* The Baldwin County Commission is seeking bids for painting and drywall services on an as-needed basis. * The contract will be for a 12-month period, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. * Bidders must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, comprehensive liability, and automobile liability. * The bidder must have a Contractor’s License issued by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors. * The services include interior and exterior painting, drywall installation, replacement, minor repair, patching of holes, scaling, sanding, texturizing, and other activities required to prepare surfaces for priming and painting. * The bidder must provide an all-inclusive hourly labor rate for a 2-person crew, including mobilization, labor, equipment, and other incidental expenses. * The County will provide paints, primers, and drywall materials, while the contractor must provide tools, equipment, and other necessary items. * The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards, including OSHA and the Associated General Contractors of America.
