Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award a sole source contract to American Vulkan Corporation (AVC) for the provision of couplings and elements used on various USCG vessels. The contract will be for a fixed price with indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity. The period of performance is expected to be from 29 June 2026 to 28 June 2031.
• The contract will be for the supply of couplings and elements for Seaside Buoy tender (WLB-225), Coastal Buoy tender (WLM-175), Medium endurance cutter (WMEC-270), Inland construction tender (WLIC-160), and River Buoy (WLR-75/65) tender class vessels.
• The contract type is Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
• The offeror must provide a complete price schedule representing the best price in response to the solicitation.
• The Government reserves the right to evaluate quotes and make an award without discussions.
