Description
The State of Louisiana, Department of Transportation & Development, is soliciting bids for the DOTD-APS Station & APS-CCU. The bid includes the supply of a pedestrian actuation R10-3E sign, weatherproof speaker, vibrating pushbutton, enclosure, and mounting hardware. Bidders must provide descriptive literature with their bid and may be required to furnish literature prior to award. The contract will be for a term of up to 36 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to accessibility and employment practices.

• The bidder must specify the brand and model number of the product offered.
• The bid must be manually signed in ink or submitted online via the vendor portal.
• The bidder must certify compliance with all instructions to bidders, terms, conditions, and specifications.
• The bidder must agree to abide by the requirements of applicable civil rights laws.
• The bidder must agree to indemnify and hold harmless the State of Louisiana from any claims or actions.
