Description
Porterville Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to perform demolition of existing landscaped areas, re‑grading, installation of new concrete paving, and full landscaping improvements at Butterfield Charter Academy. The scope includes removal of existing grass and plant material, installation of drainage and irrigation components, placement of turf and plant materials, and final site clean‑up. The project must be completed within a 30‑day window, with work finished by June 30 2026.
• Demolition, grading, and new concrete paving per site drawings
• Installation of irrigation, drainage, and landscaping (plants, turf, hardscape)
• Requirement to comply with California DIR prevailing‑wage, Title 24, and all applicable building codes
• Mandatory site walk on May 8 2026; bids due May 22 2026; performance and payment bonds required for contracts over $25,000/60,000 respectively
