RVM-1 for the Purchase of Ross Regulator Parts.

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a sole source contract for the purchase of Ross pressure regulator valves and parts. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the manufacture and delivery of the valves and parts. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, with all items to be delivered within 12 weeks of issuance of individual purchase orders.
