Description
The City of Bethel is seeking a contractor to provide property management services for six residential properties. The selected contractor will be responsible for tenant management, rent collection, routine property maintenance, and complaint resolution. The contract term is three years with the possibility of a three-year extension. The City is looking for a contractor with experience in property management and a strong understanding of the local market.
• Tenant management services, including application and screening, move-in and move-out inspections, and rent collection
• Routine property maintenance, including monthly inspections and minor repairs
• Complaint resolution and issue management
• Inspection and reporting, including biannual written inspection reports
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to fair housing and employment
