Description
The project involves the replacement of the controls for the building automation system at the 4001 North Liberty Street Facility. The scope of work includes installation of new control panels, wiring, VAV controllers, valves, and actuators. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 10% MBE and WBE cumulatively.
• The project requires a 5% Bid Bond at the time of bid and 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor.
• Contractors must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes to bid and perform the work described herein as the general contractor.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, March 18, 2026, on site at NorthState Aviation, 4001 North Liberty Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.
