Description
The City of Trenton is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of Hayward Gordon and Watson Marlow pumps and supplies on an as-needed basis for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. The contract will be for the City of Trenton's Department of Water and Sewer, Trenton Water Works. The bidder must provide the required pumps and supplies, and deliver them to the specified location. The City of Trenton reserves the right to reduce or increase the number or quantities as it deems necessary and will only pay for the actual products received.
• The contract term shall be for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year.
• The bidder must provide the required pumps and supplies on an as-needed basis.
• The bidder must deliver the supplies to the specified location between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• The bidder must notify the City of Trenton within 72 hours of any delay in shipment.
• The City of Trenton will process payment upon delivery of products after the bidder submits properly executed payment vouchers.
• The bidder must include any shipping charges in the total bid price for each item.
