Description
The United States Coast Guard intends to award a sole-source contract to ORCA3D, LLC for the delivery of the Orca3D Marine CFD Premium plug-in. This plug-in will allow USCG ESD naval architects to perform design and hydrodynamic analysis work directly in Rhino.
