CITY OF NEWARK - PROGRAM YEAR 2025 2026 - HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) GRANT - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Newark, Department of Health and Community Wellness, Office of Homeless Services (OHS) is seeking proposals from Newark organizations to provide services that benefit low and moderate-income Newark residents, particularly those with HIV/AIDS. The proposals should outline activities that contribute to the prevention and elimination of slums and blight.
