OPEN-ENDED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – JUSTICE INVOLVED SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) is issuing an open‑ended RFP to procure permanent supportive housing units for justice‑involved adults (18+) with mental illness and/or substance‑use disorders. The solicitation is hosted exclusively on the PASSPort system and is only open to organizations that have an active PASSPort account and an Approved HHS Accelerator Pre‑Qualified List (PQL) status. Proposals and pre‑qualification applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, making this a “rolling” opportunity.
