OPEN-ENDED – JUSTICE INVOLVED SUPPORTIVE HOUSING (JISH)

The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking ongoing proposals to provide permanent supportive housing units for justice‑involved adults with mental illness and/or substance‑use disorders. The solicitation is open‑ended, allowing qualified providers to submit proposals through PASSPort on a rolling basis until the city’s housing need is met. Qualified vendors must have an approved HHS Accelerator Pre‑Qualification List status in PASSPort.
